StudioCanal has released the first trailer of ‘King of Thieves’, a film directed by James Marsh (‘The theory of everything’) from an article based on real events of Mark Seal. Five men became famous after stealing a deposit of security full of precious stones valued at more than 20 million dollars in the district Hatton Garden, being considered the robbery of the century in the United Kingdom.
Far from hacking security codes or “Mission Impossible” slides, Hatton Garden thieves used heavy equipment to enter a vault used mainly by jewelers and gold dealers.The members of the band executed the theft during the four days of Holy Week and were captured a couple of months later in different operations in the south of the United Kingdom.
